Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the access to and use of the 998hihi platform, including all related websites, mobile interfaces, applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by 998hihi ("we", "us", "our", "the Company"). The Platform is accessible at https://998hihi.cam and any associated subdomains.

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, or placing any bet or wager, you ("the User", "you", "your", "Member") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

998hihi operates as an online entertainment platform providing casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, and related services. Our Platform is designed specifically for users in Malaysia and is operated and maintained in the English language.

Definitions

The following terms carry the definitions set out below throughout this Agreement:

Account Eligibility

Registration and use of the 998hihi Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are not a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction as defined by 998hihi.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, employee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or director of 998hihi or any of its affiliated entities.
• You are not suffering from a gambling addiction or under active self-exclusion from any gambling platform.
• You have not previously had an account terminated by 998hihi for violation of these Terms.

998hihi reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may maintain only one active account on the 998hihi Platform. The Company defines a "duplicate account" as any second or subsequent account registered by the same individual, regardless of whether a different email address, phone number, payment method, device, or IP address is used. Discovery of duplicate accounts will result in the suspension of all related accounts and the forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your membership. This includes your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. 998hihi reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where materially inaccurate information has been provided.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 998hihi will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to protect your login credentials. You must notify 998hihi immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

4.4 Account Currency

All 998hihi accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits made via supported payment channels — including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong — are credited in MYR at the prevailing rate where applicable. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the exchange rate displayed at the time of the transaction.

Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

998hihi accepts deposits via the following channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong), Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT via TRC-20), and BNB (via BEP-20 network). The list of supported methods may be updated at the Company's discretion.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is MYR 50 per transaction, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer. Deposits below the minimum threshold will not be processed and may be returned to the originating payment method subject to processing fees.

5.3 Deposit Ownership

All funds deposited to your 998hihi Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds are sent from a payment account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited. Discovery of third-party deposits will result in account suspension and return of deposited funds to the originating source, minus any applicable charges.

5.4 Processing Times

Deposits via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are typically credited instantly or within a few minutes. FPX bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon the required number of blockchain confirmations, which varies by network. 998hihi is not responsible for delays caused by the payment processor or network congestion.

Withdrawals

6.1 KYC Prerequisite

Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before the processing of any withdrawal request. This is a one-time requirement. Members who have not submitted or received approval for their KYC documents will have withdrawal requests held in a pending state until verification is complete.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

998hihi targets the following processing times once a withdrawal request has been approved: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) within 5–30 minutes; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers within 30 minutes to 2 hours; cryptocurrency withdrawals within 1–3 network confirmations. These are target times and not guaranteed — processing may take longer during periods of high demand, system maintenance, or public holidays in Malaysia.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply to all accounts. Limits vary based on the Member's VIP tier. Members wishing to withdraw amounts exceeding their current tier limits should contact the 24/7 support team to discuss arrangements. 998hihi reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence for large withdrawal requests.

6.4 Withdrawal Destination

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account from which the corresponding deposit was made. 998hihi does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers provided by 998hihi are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiple is stated in each promotion's terms. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met using Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds in combination. Bets placed on certain game categories (as specified per promotion) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

998hihi actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets solely to clear wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures. Any account found engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonuses voided and may be permanently suspended.

7.4 Expiry

Bonus funds and associated free bet credits expire if not used within the timeframe specified in the applicable promotion. Expired bonuses are removed from the account balance without compensation. It is the Member's responsibility to check the expiry date of any bonus credited to their account.

7.5 Right to Withdraw Promotions

998hihi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been credited to a Member's account and for which wagering has begun in good faith will be honoured subject to the original terms.

Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Bet Acceptance

998hihi reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed at incorrect odds, bets placed after the closure of a betting market, or bets that appear to be the result of system error or manipulation. Any bets placed in error by the Company will be voided and stakes returned.

8.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and betting market. Limits are displayed within the relevant game interface or sportsbook market and may vary based on the Member's account tier, the type of game, and market conditions.

8.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, network failure, or system error during an active game or bet, 998hihi's records shall be the authoritative source of truth regarding the outcome. Where a malfunction affects the integrity of a result, 998hihi reserves the right to void affected rounds and return stakes. The Company accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of technical issues outside its reasonable control.

8.4 Currency of Settled Bets

All bets on the 998hihi Platform are settled in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Winnings are credited to the Member's Account balance in MYR at the time of settlement.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 998hihi Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Chip dumping: Deliberately losing funds to transfer value to another player's account.
• Use of automated software: Employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with the Platform in place of a human player.
• Arbitrage exploitation: Systematically exploiting pricing errors, promotional structures, or market discrepancies for guaranteed profit.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform as a vehicle for introducing, layering, or integrating illicitly obtained funds. 998hihi is required to report suspicious transactions to relevant financial intelligence authorities.
• Identity fraud: Registering under a false identity, providing forged KYC documents, or impersonating another individual.
• Hacking or disruption: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to platform systems, exploit software vulnerabilities, or disrupt services for other users.
• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one account on the Platform, directly or through proxies.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 998hihi Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, database structures, and design elements, is the intellectual property of 998hihi or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without explicit written consent from 998hihi.

Privacy & Data

998hihi collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Member data is used exclusively for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. 998hihi does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Responsible Gambling

998hihi is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. The Platform offers a range of tools to help Members manage their gambling behaviour, including:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps set by the Member from the account dashboard.
• Loss limits: Caps on net losses over a defined period, configurable by the Member.
• Session time reminders: Alerts that notify Members when they have been actively gambling for a specified period.
• Time-out periods: Temporary account pauses of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, activated instantly via account settings.
• Self-exclusion: Permanent or long-term account closure for Members who wish to cease gambling activities entirely.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 998hihi and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

The Company's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to their account in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Suspension & Termination

14.1 Suspension by 998hihi

998hihi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that the Member has: violated these Terms; provided false or misleading information; engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other users.

14.2 Effect of Suspension

Upon suspension, the Member's access to the Platform will be immediately revoked. Any pending withdrawals may be held pending investigation. Where suspension is the result of confirmed fraud or Terms violation, account balances — including Real Money Funds — may be forfeited in whole or in part at the Company's discretion and subject to applicable law.

14.3 Voluntary Account Closure

Members may request account closure at any time by contacting 998hihi support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (after deduction of applicable pending wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member's verified payment method. Closure requests must be submitted in writing via the support channel. Accounts under active self-exclusion are treated separately under the Responsible Gambling Policy.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law as relevant to the jurisdiction of the Platform's operation. While 998hihi serves users in Malaysia, Members acknowledge that the Platform operates under an international framework and that local Malaysian gambling law may affect the Member's use of the service.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally may be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Nothing in this clause limits the Member's rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Amendments to These Terms

998hihi reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the Company will notify registered Members via in-platform notification or the email address associated with their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page. The "Effective Date" at the top of this document reflects the date on which the current version became operative. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement in full.
